The P50 Series ASME Code Pressure Filter Vessels for Air and Gas applications are designed to meet rigorous industry standards and are constructed to operate under high-pressure conditions of up to 1480 psig. These vessels are fabricated in compliance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1.
Our Air and Gas Filter Vessels are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations, with sizes ranging from 4" to 72" in diameter and up to 14' in length. The vessels are constructed using carbon steel, 304SS or 316SS materials and are designed to withstand temperatures of up to 1000°F.
Our filter vessels feature a variety of inlet/outlet configurations, including flanged, threaded, and sanitary connections, ensuring easy integration with existing piping systems. Additionally, our vessels can be designed to accommodate a range of filter elements, including pleated, depth, and resin-bonded cartridges, as well as mesh screens and perforated plates.
